ForeArmed®:
A promising treatment option for patients with lateral tendinosis
Clinical studies performed at a university affiliated teaching hospital evaluated the use of the ForeArmed® elbow brace for treatment of lateral tendinosis, commonly referred to as tennis elbow.
Results of the study showed that 88% of patients had improvement of their symptoms, including diminished pain and 68% also achieved improved grip strength when compared with those who followed traditional treatments.
The study concluded that the ForeArmed® Elbow Brace with Active Pressure Point Therapy represents a promising treatment modality for lateral tendonosis which is easy to use, avoids more invasive intervention, and is cost effective.
